Taylor 517e Gold Label, Grand Pacific

The Taylor 517e Gold Label Grand Pacific® in Natural blends vintage‑inspired warmth with Taylor’s most advanced acoustic design philosophy. Built around the larger Gold Label Grand Pacific body shape, this all‑solid‑wood acoustic delivers exceptional depth, power, and resonance while maintaining the balance and articulation that players expect from Taylor. Its torrefied Sitka spruce top paired with solid mahogany back and sides produces a mature, played‑in voice with rich lows, warm mids, and a smooth, rounded top end that excels in worship settings, singer‑songwriter performances, and traditional acoustic styles alike.

Designed to offer a more seasoned, vintage‑leaning tonal character, the 517e Gold Label responds beautifully to both aggressive strumming and nuanced fingerstyle playing. The long‑tenon neck joint, upgraded voicing architecture, and premium tonewoods work together to create remarkable sustain, projection, and dynamic sensitivity. Plugged in, Taylor’s LR Baggs Element VTC electronics deliver natural, organic amplified tone with intuitive soundhole‑mounted controls, making the guitar equally comfortable on stage, in the studio, or at home.

Warm, powerful, and exceptionally responsive, the Taylor 517e Gold Label Grand Pacific is a standout choice for players seeking a premium American‑made acoustic with vintage soul and modern playability. It’s a professional‑grade instrument that showcases Taylor’s continuing evolution in acoustic guitar design while honoring the rich traditions of classic flat‑top tone.
