Using powerful digital processing, Fender faithfully models the original amp’s circuitry, dynamics, and 22‑watt performance, then drives it with a 100‑watt digital power amp to recreate the same headroom and responsiveness players expect from the classic Blackface design.

A lightweight solid pine cabinet and Jensen N‑12K neodymium speaker provide the sparkle, punch, and clarity of the original while cutting the weight nearly in half. The front panel mirrors the tube version exactly—complete with Fender’s iconic spring reverb and optical tremolo—while the rear panel adds modern conveniences like a six‑position power attenuator, balanced XLR out with IR cabinet simulations, ground lift, mute switch, and USB port for firmware updates.
